I have 4 SB accounts and 4 RD accounts of my family members in Ithalar Post Office, Near Ooty, The Nilgiris. When I visit last 3 times, I am treated very worst and badly by the Staff named Vikashini. That is the not a right way to treat customer at all. May Authority persons of Post Office Dept. look in to the matter and do the needful?
