I paid to have a ‘signed for’ letter, it turned up on the third day, left on the floor outside the property, NOT signed for!!!! Thank goodness the person was looking out for it, disgusting service and when we asked at the post office where we sent it from the lady was very rude too, won’t ever bother in future 😩
