I have purchased over 100 books from postscript Books over several years. Their employees are always polite and the whole organision is efficient even to the point i was about to purchase a book and was immediately told i had already purchased it a couple of years previously in a collection of the authors books. I have never had even a small reason to be unhappy with them and will continue purchasing from them in the future.
