“When ever I telephone Postscript Book , although at busy times you are put in a queuing system and the main thing you are always advised your number in the queue ,when an employee answers they are always polite and handle your purchase very promptly one thing which you should have to hand is the promo codes off the actual catalogue and confirm your details , then give the refernumberfor the book or what ever you are purchasing you give card details ,but I give my delivery details which is now standard and in the computer system that if I am not atho e that the books be placed on the floor in my porch . The courier company delivering my books do exactly as I say .Post Script always have a very good selection of books and at greatly discounted price which I appreciate. I cannot fault their operations which are first class and now that they mail the catalog in a paper envelope plus the pkging they are also thinking of the environment by not using plastic other than the bubble wrapping of the books.”

“Amazingly wide choice of books, most of which I would never hear about anywhere else. I buy nearly all the birthday presents for my extended family from Postscript; there is something to interest them all. Also, the prices are very competitive.”

“I was disappointed that Postscript Books used Evri to deliver the book, rather than Royal Mail. I would like Postscript Books to use Royal Mail because Royal Mail is unionised and has better conditions of employment for its employees than Evri, which is not unionised. Furthermore, giving trade to Royal Mail would help boost a company that delivers letters, which is an important public service.”

“As always first class but your choice of delivery co for this area of London needs looking into in our vie view. Your packages have been in past left put in the rain. We live on a corner cite and the Post Office has been fine for our 40 year residence!”

The courier should not be leaving the parcel out in the rain, and I'll make sure that this is raised with them for investigation. You can choose to have your parcel sent with Royal Mail, and this can be selected at checkout or when placing your order over the phone with us. All you need to do is tell our Order Processor that you'd like it sent with Royal Mail, and they'll get that arranged for you. It is slightly more expensive, but is a tracked48 service so would arrive quicker than a standard 3-5 working day service with Evri. Kind regards, Postscript Customer Services
