Nicely produced children's books, suitable for aged 3 to 5. Friendship is a worthy topic, but \i felt the treatment could hsve been more irreverent. Don't these animals ever fall out??

I have been buying books from Postscript for many years. I now find fewer books of real interest than in the past. Reason is you have gone popular and may I say narrowly Britisch especially on historical titles. Greater diversity might renew my interest Aljos Farjon Brentford

The content’s excellent Courier needs improvement Although I was home there was no indication that anyone had been. I searched the property for a possible hiding place and found nothing The package was discovered 2 days later on recycling day in the recycling bin! Not good enough!

I have purchased from Postscript for some years and have recently noticed a recent hike in prices and an absence of the real bargains that used to exist. I took the view that several of my most recent books were rather 'thin' for the price paid!

Hi Brian, I am sorry that you feel the books are getting more expensive. I can see from your order that you saved nearly £100 on your order compared to publisher prices. As a business we are committed to selling books at a considerable discount which we believe represent good value for money. Some of the books were unavailable which is acceptable. I did order one but I never received it and was sent another which does not appear in the catalogue. I don't really mind because I have had excellent service otherwise. Thank you.

On this occasion I had a couple of issues but theye were sorted out well after a coupple of emails. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

Despite agreed delivery instructions the parcel was left on a bench at the end of the garden, which I suppose is better than leaning on the gate, which is Evri's other method of delivery. What if we had been out or it was raining? Sometimes cheapest is not acceptable. Please delete me from your mailing list as any future sale lists received will be put in the re cycling box.

Postscript provide a good service but need to change their parcel company. The parcel could have fitted through our letterbox but was left outside in the pouring rain. We just got back in time to prevent the contents being ruined.

If you find that you'll be out when the delivery is attempted, you can update your safe place via the email sent by the courier. Good products at a reasonable price. Unfortunately you are using Evri (Hermes) to deliver, and I find this company very unreliable.

Postcript is usually good and I have received half of my order, but am wondering what has happened to the other half, so it's difficult to write a proper review until I have received the whole order.

The books and service are excellent; the delivery system is deplorable. At the age of 85 I had to go round the district searching for the book "successfully delivered" by Evri. I eventually found it, wet, in the rain, on the windowsill of someone else's house. This has happened several times. I will no longer deal with any company that uses Evri; they are not fit for purpose.

The book arrived in good condition but it had partially fallen out of the package and the paper sleeve was torn and wrinkles. The delivery note had fallen out. Luckily it was a dry day and I am happy with the state of the book itself.

Received my order OK it was just the way the courier EVRI delivered it, no contact whatsoever had to go onto their website to find out where the parcel was.

Although they offer great books at unbeatable prices they fail on customer service by ignoring emails from those with a genuine concern or complaint. I didn’t see the offer of free postage on orders over 25 pounds and so paid more than I need have done and they ignored two emails bringing this to their attention so I can’t recommend them

The process to order was great, it was the delivery that let the side down. We paid extra for next day delivery on the Friday, but Evri didn't deliver until gone 8pm on Sunday, leaving 2 parcels with a value of £240 at the locked school gates. We were very lucky they were still there when we arrived on Monday.
