I am waiting at the moment for a reply to my e-mail sent to complain about the poor packaging. The box was "strung" together with masses of parcel tape that got nowhere near making it secure. With the e-mail there was no facility to complain and to top it all it was an American lot of software used, as the spelling of centre was incorrect. Surely there is a button you can press to change it to English UK instead of English USA. It is our language after all.
