Good afternoon, Please accept my apologies for the delay with the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some resource issues in our warehouse so have been running slightly behind with dispatch. This has been exacerbated by larger than anticipated order volumes, for which I am very sorry. We have been working hard to resolve these issues and expect them to be remedied within the next few days. “I have been a customer of Postscript Books for over 20 years and have always found them excellent. Recently the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down and I am buying fewer books. Too many series. Also, it would be good to include some large print books for older readers.”

“All ok, getting slightly concerned about the delivery of my books/other items though, but fingers crossed things will be better later on... if not, you may have to consider going elsewhere to get the books and other items delivered to customers. The ordering service online by Postsript is brill!”

“I obvious didn't look when ordering that I was ordering CD's I wanted the book instead. I have returned the CD's and hopefully at some point receive the book. Or if not my money will be returned to my bank.”
