“Having used Postscript for many years, my recent experience relating to returns has totally soured that long relationship. No other organisation makes you wrap up the parcel at your own expense and make you take it to the local distribution point to queue until someone deigns to take the package. All the others either get you to donate the damaged goods to a charity or send a delivery person to pick it up. Stgill not happy.”

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to read that you are unhappy with our returns process, when returning any items to us we would recommend using the same packaging the item was received in to prevent any expense to yourself. We always check the location of your nearest drop-off point for returns to ensure that it will not be a significant inconvenience to you.
