“As acustomer who rarely misses a month without giving Postscript and order, I compliment you on your service, and the fact you seem to have increased the fiction section which I always use. I have been a customer now for around 6 or 7 years, and feel that for long standing customer like me, an occasional freebie might be nice, perhaps a buy 3 get one free from time to time. Have a look at my account, and you will see I order most months, as I am a very quick reader, and my local charity shop does very well with the books I donate. Let me have your comments.”

“I’m an older guy with time and a fairly wide variety of of interests.I use the phone ordering service. I’ve always found the girls(they’re always female) a great help when ordering. My orders usually exceed £30;my only negative response is that the online ordering system offers free postage:as a long time customer,I would like to avail of this.”

“Excellent service only let down by use of Evri who do not follow instructions. It is not helpful of them to leave parcels of books outside, often in the rain. Although the books are wrapped in bubble wrap, leaks can occur. Instructions say to leave in porch. They don't usually even ring the bell.”

“I ordered three recent but well discounted books on Scottish History / Archeaology. They arrived promptly & well packaged. As I had experienced with EVRI deliveries previously I asked Post Script to remind their courier to deliver their order to the door of my second floor flat rather than leaving them just outside the building because I am housebound & unable to nip downstairs to retrieve parcels as soon as I am informed of their delivery. This time the EVRI courier handed my parcel to me.”
