“Postscript's part in my experience is good. The staff are helpful and polite and the phone transaction easy. Postscript's problem is with whom it uses as courier, Evri. I live in an apartment block and I have to go searching for my package despite specific delivery instructions. As a result, I am reviewing my relationship with Postscript because of their delivery company selection.”

I understand how frustrating this is, and will ensure that this is immediately escalated with the couriers' customer care team so that it can be addressed with the driver making your deliveries. I hope that in escalating your complaint with the courier, this issue will be addressed, and you won't have any further problems with the delivery of your parcel. We have also introduced Royal Mail as an available option for your future deliveries, which can be selected at checkout or organised by one our Order Processors when you call to place your order. It is a slightly more expensive service, but is also a more expedient one, meaning that your order will arrive within 2 business days. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.
