Thank you for the receipt of my parcel. In fact this was a replacement, as Evri lost my original shipment. They seem uninterested in tracing it, despite emails to them, and standard responses from them that they are 'looking for it'. As I said to your sales lady, my experience of Evri is very bad, and locally they enjoy a really bad reputation. I urge you to consider changing your courier company, purely to protect your excellent reputation.
But thank you for your first-class service, which is always top-rate.
