The books themselves are usually very interesting and at very reasonable prices. The delivery is a bit hit and miss e.g. knowing that we would be away when the delivery was scheduled, I took the trouble to go on line with your deliverer and ask that the parcel be placed at the side door. It wasn't, instead it was left on the front door step: it rained heavily, and we came home to a very soggy parcel. Fortunately, you wrap the books inside the parcel in plastic which kept them dry.
