Particular thanks when the last order when the delivery service decided that my correct postcode was invalid and refused to allow me to track my parcel. A call to Postscript explaining the situation was followed by a message giving an ETA for the parcel - which, for the first time in a long time, resulted in the parcel being delivered during the stated time slot. And why were some letters in this message being underscored in red? They are not typos, nor obscenities, and the "grammar correction" resulted in changing correct English for incorrect English.
