V good speedy response to my order of 4 excellent books at very good prices. My only strong criticism is of Evri the delivery company which did NOT deliver books to my house but to a different address in my village with different post code. They were delivered by hand to me by the owner of the "wrong" house. I informed Evri which has not responded nor apologised. All those ordering books in the future should insist on a different carrier.
