First class company I have been using this bookseller since it started and I have NEVER been disappointed with any aspect of the operation. I look forward to the monthly catalogue with lovely covers and descriptive well written "blurb". The online sales process is very simple to use (praise indeed from a 70 year old technophobe.) The sales and admin staff are competent and very pleasant with immense patience. Items arrive on time and are well packed in an environmentally responsible way. I could go on and on but will finish with something difficult to explain the paper catalogue is ALWAYS topical and seems to have books and stationery appropriate to the season it somehow exudes what I think the Scandinavians refer to as Hygge (?) I hope that is spelled correctly it means cosy. Even reading the monthly catalogue is a pleasure.
