I am impressed by the selection of books and the prices. However, your deliverers are letting you down. We leave instructions about a safe place to leave parcels. There is a notice in our window and information on your website. The last parcel arrived with damaged packing and was left on the doorstep in the rain. Have left comments with the firm's feedback.
