As always your book selection is fine, your order system works well and in the event of a problem, your customer service is responsive. However, your order delivery system is not acceptable. For the second time, your preferred delivery courier, evri, lost our order/delivery and although evri stated that the order was in their hands, it was never delivered. You offered to re-send the order but by then some 4 of the 7 books ordered were no longer available. This poor courier performance can do nothing but damage your credibility - we suggest you review your courier policy.
