I was very pleased with the availability of sets of detective stories by authors I'd not heard of so could be sure I'd not already read. Having ordered on a Saturday night, the arrival of the books early on Tuesday morning seemed to me to be above and beyond the "3 to 5 days" the website had promised. I also found out that there is the option of collecting my purchases from a local shop rather than having them delivered, which would tempt me to make smaller purchases rather than just the larger orders I have so far submitted.
