Outstanding service from Postscript books. I ordered a book for a very close friend's 70th birthday. The price was £75. It arrived promptly but unfortunately the corners on the back and the front were very slightly damaged. Had it been for me personally, I probably would have put up with it. However, I decided to contact Postscript Books. The service I received was outstanding. They accepted my concerns. They communicated extremely well and promptly with me. They replaced the book and sent me a free post label to return the original. All this was done in an exemplary fashion. I have nothing but praise for Postscript books Thank you very much.
