I have always been pleased with Postscript's service and products. On the subject of your website however; take biographies for example. The title and author are clear enough, but if you are unfamiliar with the publication; a brief description of the content would be helpful. Finally, although I don't consider post and packaging costs unfair; it's sometimes hard to equate p&p costing more than the book on occasions. Perhaps a small discount for regular subscribers might be an idea.
