Courteous staff, rapid delivery and strong wrapping/packing. There seem to be fewer fiction titles - and no CDs at all, and trying to sort out titles on your website takes so long - authors in alphabetical order would be a boon.However, I still look forward to Postscript arriving, and I hope to keep finding things worth buying.
