The service was very good - value - ordering and Customer Service, especially the latter when Evri made a real mess when despatching. Inside a parcel addressed to me and sent to a Evri Receipt Shop. was only another parcel containing a winter coat for somebody in Hull - I live in Scarborough and a 9 day delay. Postdcript sent replacement books with a 24 hours service. Evri have not sorted out the problem and presumably Postscript Books have not been compensated
