I think customer services is very good, most of the time ordering on line is ok, I had a problem on Monday the 14th January as I was trying to order a calendar and every time I went to pay it said that my basket was empty so I had to start again. I managed to order the calendar but it looked like I was just ordering one and it picked up all of the others so I suddenly I had ordered five! Thanks to customer services it was all sorted out and I am hoping to get my calendar tomorrow. I also think the delivery company are good as well.
