I am not a frequent buyer or reader of printed books. However I always welcome sight of the listing of Postscript offers received by post and when I thumb through the postal catalogue have to hold back from ordering books that look interesting, but I will not get around to reading. I have the sense that the demise of the printed listings may not be far off, which I will regret, but it is the way of the world. If that comes about I will study what is on offer on line, but with less enjoyment than previously.
