I ordered 3 books from Postscript, 2 new and 1 'off-mint' condition. The 2 new books were perfect and lovely editions. However, the 'off-mint' book was badly damaged, the bind of the cover was ripped in multiple places, there were marks all over the books and it was in very poor condition, I wouldn't have been able to read the book without it being completely unuseable. I reached out to customer service and provided photos who deemed the book acceptable. They offered me a return which I have now sent the book back. I'm disappointed with the service I received, the book was not 'off-mint', it was in very poor condition. I'm really disappointed with the service and will be unlikely to purchase again from Postscript again.
