I can not praise them highly enough I have received their catalogue since it's inception in 1987. The service on-line or by phone is first class. In my view the catalogue covers are "works of art" and simply reading the catalogue on line or paper copy is a delight (although being 71 I much prefer the paper catalogue). Deliveries come on time and the packaging is robust yet environmentally friendly. All of the staff I speak to on the phone are highly intelligent and friendly and accommodating without being patronising. As a pensioner my budget for books is necessarily limited if it wasn't I would spend a fortune with Postscript.
