As a retired academic, I retain a keen interest in what is going on in the world and reading books provides a welcome source of enjoyment in this respect. My focus over the decades has switched from fiction towards history and current affairs, so Postscript's catalogues provide plenty of interest for me, even though I skim the fiction pages!
