Generally, excellent service. - except for delivery. I would rather they didn't use Evri, in my experience the worst courier. My criticism of Postscript is the number of damaged deliveries I've received. They should use DPD, as they used to. And they need to use stronger boxes. On two occasions, I've received just an empty box, with the contents having totally broken through the packaging and been separated and lost.
Speed of delivery doesn't matter to me, but the condition of the books is paramount.
