Your books are excellent but your delivery arrangements are appalling. My delivery insrtuctions are crystal clear so will you tell me why they are consistently ignored by EVRI . We live on a public bridleway and deliveries are 'dumpted' at the bottom of our lane in clearview of the house but exposed to all weathers and at risk of theft. I have complained to you many times before but the problem continues.
