I can't even tell you how much money Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma has lost from me over the years because of their ridiculous shipping charges. I usually fill up my cart with thousands of dollars of items every year and every time I see the shipping charges, I decide to shop somewhere else. On top of that, their long shipping times are atrocious. They are truly greedy morons.
