I bought perfume from the pound shop. It was defective so I took it back to the shop. The ass. manager said I can't swap without a receipt. She then went off and came back with a couple of the same perfume bottles noting the different colours of the plastic sprayer. Insinuating that I had swapped them at home. I said I'm not that stupid. She then handed me a new perfume. It's a quid for goodness sake, she should of done it with out any quibble. I should of told her that the manufacturers had changed the sprayer because the old ones were defective. She made me feel so small and like a school child with her insinuations. Pathetic really with the item being only a quid. She needs to go on a customer service course. I really wanted to give zero stars.
