absolutely shocking service - I really wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I made my order (microwave oven) on 31st Oct 2020 and the money was taken on that same day from my CC and an email with the invoice. I then heard nothing so I emailed several times to ask for an update and finally after many attempts got a reply saying that they were out of stock and expected availability of the item would be 7 weeks. I said this was too long to wait and immediately cancelled the order (on 11th Nov) and asked for a full refund (ensuring I included all the information in the email for the cancelation that they ask for on their website). I get an auto reply saying refund will be in 10-12 working days. I followed up after the time elapsed and I have not heard anything from them, no responses to me emails to all the contacts in their website (sales, cancellations, services) and i have sent to date 7 emails requesting my refund and a reply to which there has been no response whatsoever. Can anyone help me I paid £650 for this and I just want my money back. My order number is: 100055522 - Its despicable and outrageous how they can do this and seemingly get away with it. PowerDirect - you are an awful company and a fraud!!!
