Ordered this week and now really worried seeing these reviews and the reviews on Trust Pilot. It’s such a shame as this was a gift for the family and I thought it would be something good for the holidays but they have taken my money, not answered any of my emails and don’t even have after sales support via phone due to covid...none at all??? That’s madness. I’m now going to have to go through my bank to retrieve my funds. STOP TAKING ORDERS!! YOU ARE TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE IN A PANDEMIC THAT ARE ALREADY SCRAPING FOR SOME.
