I placed the order and paid and have heard nothing for 2 months
All email enquiries from me get their automated response - we will get back to you. They haven't done so
Their phone lines are unmanned "due to the coronavirus pandemic". Does a phone call threaten your staff with the virus Power Direct?
You are cheats. I have reported you to trading standards via citizens advice and have taken steps to get a charge back via my credit card company
My advice is to avoid this business at all costs
