My husband ordered a freezer and 1 other appliance over 2 months ago. They said there would be a delay. My husband explained there wasn't an immediate rush so we'd hang on to get the appliances, now 2 months down the line, several chaser emails and no response and no number to call, we are currently £1500 out of pocket with a kitchen that can't be finished for Christmas and having to get a solicitor involved to get ready to go to small claims.
