Placed my order for a tumble drier on 26th Dec. Had a confirmation email and an invoice saying my drier would take 3-5 working days.
I gave a little leeway to allow for the Christmas period but after 3 weeks still nothing, so I tried to contact them. The landline was constantly engaged and the 0333 number had some lame message about covid 19 so I tried emailing them, nothing.
I now have my money back with a chargeback from my back, not from Powerdirect, bunch of shysters, avoid at all cost!!!!
