This company is a scam and is not operating legitimately. They take money with no stock in place.
Recent positive reviews on another review site are fake, designed to make people place order with this fake company.
What company does not let you contact them by phone?
I was scammed but have just been reimbursed by my bank for a tv that I bought with credit card.
I have reported this fraudulent company to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards and suggest others do the same.
