The process of ordering the Bosch Washing machine was quite easy. The staff we spoke to on the phone were helpful and very polite. That part of the transaction was very satisfactory. However. When the appliance was delivered the men refused to take away the old machine, which was completely disconnected. They also had to be requested to remove the packaging, in order to facilitate an inspection of the appliance; which was satisfactory. It was not until they had departed that we discovered that they had thrown the packaging in the garden. It was this part of the transaction which was very disappointing. I telephoned the sales department, and the person with whom I conversed, affirmed that I had paid for the old machine to be recycled. The problem we had, was that the old machine had to be stored for a further week, until it was collected, by a very friendly different team.
