I read all the poor comments and waited in anticipation of it all going so wrong but Powerdirect and Parcelforce both worked smoothly and the vacuum cleaner arrived promptly. All good with product though awkward to piece together and brush attachment does not want to stay in place which is slightly annoying but that is an issue with design and not a problem with Powerdirect. Great value as well as greatly discounted against high street and other on line stores.
