The vacuum cleaner was ordered easily online and paid for securely. The goods arrived undamaged within the specified 3-5 days (3 as i remember) and were skillfully packaged (though I suspect that is down to Messrs Dyson rather than PowerDirect.)
I was very satisfied with the transaction - until I was in my local Currys a few days later to find they had the same item at a lower price!
