I purchased an induction hob among other things and was then hospitalised just after purchase with my heart. The information I was given recommended I did not get too close to induction hobs should I have a pacemaker fitted. I called Powerdirect, explained the issue in the hope of making an exchange and they could not have been more helpful. Everybody I spoke to was polite and understanding. I rate them 'First Class' and I will definitely recommend and buy from again, if not only on the grounds of the customer service. Their prices are keen too.
