Had seen some negative reviews from the past but gave Powerdirect a go anyway as they were the best price by far. Have to say, I have no complaints. The Sony bluray player I ordered arrived (tracked and well packaged) within 2 days and communication was excellent throughout. They even contacted me to correct a postcode problem before sending.
