Purchased a NEFF oven from this website. Website purchase was simple however oven was delayed for over 2 months as the oven was not in the warehouse and had to be provided by the manufacturer. Whilst this wasn't an issue for me, and Power Direct did keep me informed on progress of the order, this was not clear at the point I purchased it from the website, my money was taken before they had the oven in their warehouse and this could effect someone who may need the item quicker.
