The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery process faultless, with the delivery at the beginning of the 2 hour window given. The delivery guys were friendly and polite. The only minor issue was after the initial order I heard nothing, so 5 days later I checked my account and it said "on hold". I emailed to query this and the very next day got my delivery slot, but they never replied to why it was "on hold". The price paid was the best I could find anywhere by a large margin and I'd been doing a lot of research as this was a major expense, but so well worth it.
