The goods received were what we wanted. However, as we live just around the corner from the Industrial unit we were disappointed that we weren't able to collect. Instead, the item was sent up to DHL at Gatwick only to be sent back to us, which meant we paid for unnecessary journeys and got the item a day later than we might have done. Surely there should be a collection facilities for local residents.
