“I purchased a Sealy Rechargeable Aluminium folding magnetic base pocket Torch. Very good quality and strong magnet. The three independant lights, each having two brightness levels, are very bright giving excellent view of the underside of a vehicle, engine bay, etc. This would have been a 5 star rating had the price been more competative...”

“I just wanted a reasonably priced craft knife. My go to place is always Amazon but they made it impossible to purchase what I want3d. Quick Google search and I found the perfect item to suit my needs. It arrived in good time and just had to tell my postie my year of birth. I now know where to go for any further purchases.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service received regarding order #1000616705. I placed my order on 6th May and, after still awaiting delivery, contacted the company requesting an update as I had a customer relying on these items. Despite sending a polite enquiry asking for a delivery timeframe, I initially received no response or update. The order was eventually delivered on Friday 15th May and I did receive an email, however there was no apology or explanation for the delay — simply notification that it had been shipped. Delays can happen and most customers understand that. As a business owner myself, I completely appreciate that things do not always go to plan. However, basic customer service and communication go a long way, and that was unfortunately lacking throughout this experience. To add to the disappointment, the items arrived in a cardboard box that was clearly not strong enough to support the weight inside. The packaging had torn during transit and looked damaged on arrival. Thankfully the items themselves had not been damaged, but that seemed more down to luck than adequate packaging. Overall, the issue was not simply the delay itself — it was the lack of communication, absence of any explanation or apology, and poor packaging that made this a frustrating experience.”

“Not good: I'm very disappointed given the positive Trust Pilot reviews. 1) I paid express delivery to which one is defaulted (£7.95 increasing to £9.95 once I added an item, cancelling out the 5% discount ) when I ordered on 4 May so expect to receive the parcel that week - as per the timer on the order page. It did not arrive. After leaving a voicemail and emailing, I receive a standard email explaining issues with staff shortage. 2) DX delivery despite rescheduling delivery twice (due to being away) and receiving confirmation, the courier leaves the parcel outside my house. 3) However, I only received part of the order on 13 May - after ordering on 4 May. I am still awaiting the rest of my order...”
