“Your prices were good but the service was let down by your delivery company. Your delivery company left this item by my front door. Despite me responding to both a text and email from them to leave the package with a neighbour as we are away. Tracking number 7076204633 The item was left in the rain and made it obvious that we were away. We had to make arrangements for it to be collected. How is that ‘Delivered Exactly’, which the company DX have as their slogan? First purchase from you - very disappointed.”

“AWFUL company, i made an order by mistake as it was dvrtised FREE SHIPPING after paying VIA PAYPAL I noticed it had added £7 shipping making the purchase not as cheap as other merchants. I instantly tried to cancel. Chat was offline Email didnt respond phoned and it said closed even tho all of these were within there opening times. Got an email next day saying they couldnt cancel as it ahd been shipped, Also irt said if i orderd before a certain time it was next day delivery, Here iI am 4 days later still not receivedd the goods. CONMERCHANTS”

“Great price but offset by high-ish delivery. Not easy to contact by phone. Chosen deliverer DX didn't deliver because we were not in, somewhat outdated requirement. Overall ok.”
