“Order hasn’t arrived after a week and no tracking info, the phone number is not a manned line (just there to inspire confidence, is my guess) no response to emails. We are all just muddling through life…standing on people to get to the top, is it worth it?”

“Very poor communication from this firm. Ordered product, received confirmation invoice, then nothing for nearly two weeks. Tried various methods to contact the firm for dispatch details, with no response. After indicating that a Section 7 claim may be the only outcome, delivery information materialised. Poor show all round.”

“This is a fantastic company, I've bought several times from them. The only reason I haven't rated 5stars this time, is because of a delay in recieving my items. The delay hasn't been each time I've ordered from them, just this last one. If you are patient with your orders, then look no farther, as the communication is brilliant, as are the tools/parts they provide. Im happy as always with their service and I will definitely shop with them again.”

“Offer good prices but expect long delays on over priced delivery £10 for express to take over a week to dispatch isn’t acceptable and reading reviews clearly not a one off, ended up having to buy parts from another supplier to avoid delay in project, which arrived and job finished before these was even processed”

“i have not recieved my purchase yet dx express have failed to deliver on the stated date,failing to follow diversion signs which have been in place for 9 months.I have arranged for them to try again but i am not confident that they will deliver the purchase,they do not appear to be very bright.”
