“I refer to your request for a review of my recent purchase. I was delighted with the prompt attention and despatch of my order however after DX Express got the parce lthings went awry. They said it would be delivered on Wednesday 19th August but nothing arrived. Next notification was for 20th August but again no delivery. On the 21st August I was to expect delivery but youv`e guessed it____ nothing, although they claimed to have delivered it at 17.39!! I have been tracking the van movements and the vehicle has never been near my house, in fact they have never been in Crossford at all. I hope to hear from you at your earliest and if not within 7 days I will request a refund from Paypal.”

“Very small item ordered on Monday evening 10th Aug and paid for express delivery (could fit into A5 Jiffy bag. Not delivered by Monday weekend so emailed sales service for morning of Monday 17th. No reply or reason but a zero value invoice emailed to me with Royal Mail tracking number. Item delivered Thursday 20th lunchtime. I have no idea what the problem was.”

“Item arrived well packaged, but why did it take from a Thursday when I placed my order, until the Monday before it was dispatched from your business. You should be able to do better. Fortunately the courier was quick.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE IT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A ACTIVE PHONE LINE. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND YOU DON'T GET YOUR DELIVERY ORDER . SHOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'LL CALL IN AT THE DEPOT IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS TO SEE WHY WE HAD NO CORRESPONDENCE OR MATERIALS.”

“Terrible company to deal with, absolutely no communication. Phone line doesn`t exist, they don`t answer emails, all you get is automatic reply, saying they have staff problems etc. They take your money quick enough and then its impossible to contact anybody. Big, big mistake ordering from them, DO NOT USE THEM!!! No idea will I ever get the tool.”

“It took a week before the hosepipes that I ordered were actually shipped out, and a another few days before they were due to be delivered (10 days in total). On the day that they were supposed to be delivered, we eagerly awaited their arrival. However, later that morning, we received the following message from the delivery company, DX Express: ------------------------------ "Sorry we missed you We tried to deliver your item from Power Tools Direct Online Limited today" ------------------------------ I couldn't believe it. We never left the house all morning, so how on Earth could we miss the delivery? DX Express elaborated: "We were unable to find your address, please book a redelivery with additional information to help us" How is it possible not to find our address? There is a name plate right outside of our drive, positioned at eye level, clearly marked with the name of the house. There are only a few houses in our little street, so it's not difficult to find the right one. I've now booked a redelivery for tomorrow. If the hosepipes don't turn up for whatever reason, then I shall give up and let them be returned to Power Tools Direct, and I will request a refund. Very disappointed!”
