“Ordered 6 items on the19/5/2026 to be delivered 20-21 /5/2026 all for a draper wet/dry,shampoo vacumme filters etc On the 26/5/2026 I was informed by PayPal I was getting a refund of £14.78, the original cost was £31.48 None of these items have been delivered i suspect never posted the refund is an insult As there is no answer on phone just a automated answer to wich nobody replies same as email sent on the 19/5/2026 asking for confirmation of order iam at an ends on what to do Questions below I've noticed have notation for never sent,no delivery courier used and delivery never made”
