Great price but offset by high-ish delivery. Not easy to contact by phone. Chosen deliverer DX didn't deliver because we were not in, somewhat outdated requirement. Overall ok.

They falsely advertise that items are in stock ("order in next 2h for two days delivery"), while in reality "There has been a slight delay with our supplier, and we are currently still awaiting the arrival of the goods" after being me chasing order after promised arrival date has passed. Because of drop shipping they are inundated with customers' enquiries hence communication is slow.

item ordered and delivered, unfortuneatly it was broken. Contacted Power Tools and was asked if I wanted money back or a new item , which I choose , came safely this time but still packaged the same way as the initial delivery.

Paid for postage when add said it was free , no reply to my email queri. But the claw hammer is excellent and arrived very quickly

Received no confirmation of the order. On placing the order took the option for express delivery. The actual delivery took an unreasonable time - numerous days to arrive. Phoned the helpline left a message asking about its whereabouts- had no order number but left contact details - did not receive a response. A sorry story - customer service would have avoided these problems

Slightly disappointed that I had to chase my order only to find one item was not in stock and this held up tge rest if the delivery. Eventually got a response and it was sorted. Happy with the items delivered.

Have made 2 orders recently (both for floor adhesive), both gave a delivery date when ordering (“order in x hours/minutes for delivery by date”), but both were delayed by almost a week. I wasn’t notified of either delay. I got in contact with their customer service the first time (didn't bother the second time) - who did respond very quickly - as I hadn't heard anything the morning of the supposed delivery day, and they said that they're still awaiting the arrival of the goods. If the items in the order were out of stock and that more were on their way - or ordered specially from the supplier - this either should've been made clear in the item description or I should've received an email to notify me of this. Very basic level of information that customers should be provided!

Ordered an item and paid for gast track courier delivery. Four working days later as it hadn’t arrived I emailed PTD and received a reply stating they had supply issues and were sure I would be understanding and they would advise me when it was being dispatched. No offer to chase up or refund the extra postage costs. Three days later, item was delivered by Courier without any advanced warning. Item is fine but if you are going to charge a premium for delivery, you ( literally) need to deliver that.

The tool delivered was a quality item from Fiskars. I rang before delivery to request it was suitably packaged for postage due to the cost of the item but was told this was left to the warehouse team. On delivery these expensive loppers simply had bubble wrap on the handles and cutting head. The aluminium adonized handles had been left exposed. If these had been scratched up during postage I would have sent them back as damaged goods with all the usual time and both to customer and you. Luckily, they weren't, but I'd suggest more attention to packing quality/expensive items properly to avoid any dissapointment. Nothing wrong with speed of delivery. Many thanks

Product and price ok but paid over £10 delivery, and waited too long. They had to wait for stock to come in then shipped it to me.

Well I was wanting to provide a 5 star review, however, that is not possible. I ordered a digital torque adapter that arrived without batteries. On double checking the website nowhere did it say anything like "batteries not included". Being an electronic device one expects that it will include batteries. I contacted customer service on 19.08.25 to complain as I consider their advert to be misleading. To date (22.08.25) I have not had a reply.

It's a pity that one of the tyres is deflated as I now have to find a garage to have air inflated so as to be able to use the damn thing. I can see from reviews that others have had the same issue all from the lack of detail. But will you ever solve this one fault?

Price of items was very good, unfortunately, interaction with customer was poor. Items were delayed for delivery due to low stock but I was not notified of this which in turn delayed the job for my customer.

Hinges were fine but dispatch was quite slow, and given that postage was £6.95, I was hoping for a quicker delivery.
