“The tool took quite a long time to dispatch. There was no other packaging except for the manufacturers box, which was burst. I'll stick with my normal supplier in future.”

“Plenty of communication from Power Tools Direct so I knew when to expect my parcel. It took 4 days. For a small item the delivery charge of £5.95 doubled the price of what I ordered, although the original price was good. Unfortunately the parcel must have got battered during it's 4 days with Royal Mail and the weedkiller box was damaged, damp and discoloured. The outer packaging was not damaged so the only liquid inside must be the weedkiller. Royal Mail is not a suitable courier for this hazardous product. Otherwise all good.”

“Item arrived well packaged, but why did it take from a Thursday when I placed my order, until the Monday before it was dispatched from your business. You should be able to do better. Fortunately the courier was quick.”

“I was intised in to buying these spanner rings with a "sponsored product" in the goole search It showed a metal spannering @ £6.14 with postagle "free of charge" However when I orded them I was charged £4.96 When they arrived they were plastic rather than the metal ones in the advert.”

“They required a reminder, which could not be by phone. Their website still lists a phone number for order queries, so they need some improvements, but the tools supplied (Faithful router bits) are satisfactory.”

“I do not like the fact custmers have no phone access although if you search there is a number which was never answered. The delivery company said could not find us they also were really not contactable by telephone. I emailed Power Tools direct and did received a quick reply but had to get parcel redelivered the next day by dealing with delivery company direct and even then they tried to deliver to wrong address, all this chasing is very stressful and time consuming and should be delt with by the retailer, I will not be using this company again simply because the deklivery company let them down and because of lack of communication by Power tools direct with the customer. I emailed delivery instructions to pass to courrier, taking with the delivery driver no contact was made by Power tools in this respect. It would appear that once a sale is completed the retailers do not have the staff to speak directly with the customer.”
