“Well I was wanting to provide a 5 star review, however, that is not possible. I ordered a digital torque adapter that arrived without batteries. On double checking the website nowhere did it say anything like "batteries not included". Being an electronic device one expects that it will include batteries. I contacted customer service on 19.08.25 to complain as I consider their advert to be misleading. To date (22.08.25) I have not had a reply.”

“It's a pity that one of the tyres is deflated as I now have to find a garage to have air inflated so as to be able to use the damn thing. I can see from reviews that others have had the same issue all from the lack of detail. But will you ever solve this one fault?”

“Price of items was very good, unfortunately, interaction with customer was poor. Items were delayed for delivery due to low stock but I was not notified of this which in turn delayed the job for my customer.”

“They didn't have the main part of my order in stock, so they just sent me the other smaller part of the order that was less than the £6.95 PP costs. Why did they not have the stock shown on the website, or send me an email to inform me what was going on...”

“Needed a pump by a certain date. Company was impossible to contact by phone to confirm stock, although it was showing on website as 'in stock'. Eventually took a chance and placed order. Later received a reply to one of our e-mails sent to addresses shown on the website and on Facebook. Pump arrived in time, as promised and at a good price but company really needs to improve their 'accessibility' and 'contactability'.”
