I do not like the fact custmers have no phone access although if you search there is a number which was never answered. The delivery company said could not find us they also were really not contactable by telephone. I emailed Power Tools direct and did received a quick reply but had to get parcel redelivered the next day by dealing with delivery company direct and even then they tried to deliver to wrong address, all this chasing is very stressful and time consuming and should be delt with by the retailer, I will not be using this company again simply because the deklivery company let them down and because of lack of communication by Power tools direct with the customer. I emailed delivery instructions to pass to courrier, taking with the delivery driver no contact was made by Power tools in this respect. It would appear that once a sale is completed the retailers do not have the staff to speak directly with the customer.

Took a week from ordering for dispatch -during this time there was no communication with me on order status. Had to chase to see what was happening.

i was supplied with a product that was already 13 months old, it only had 18 month shelf life and gets more and more difficult to work with as it ages, their responce was send un used products back for refund. i dont have the time or want to pay for retuns, and wouldnt need to if they suppied good product

My order was to be delivered by DX Express on Tuesday 28 April between 12.24 and 14.24. Nothing materialised. Received e-mail from DX stating ''We tried to deliver your item for Power Tools Direct Online Ltd today 28 April 2026 13.14'' This was an outright lie as there is ALWAYS someone at the property. Sent e-mail to your company bringing this matter to your attention. but no ack or reply received. E-mail from DX received today Thursday 30 April 2026 confirming re-delivery arranged between 12.23 and 14.23. Item delivered at 12.36.

Took 2 weeks to deliver something in a day and age where amazon can deliver to you the same day. Other than that the product is great.

The delivery date wasn’t correct, 5 extra days to wait for order, inconvenient and not the fist time the delivery took too long, will look to shop elsewhere in future

The customer service here is appalling. I placed an order for two pairs of safety trainers on Friday night, expecting them by Wednesday. No tracking info was provided, so I had to chase it up myself on Tuesday. ​I wasted half my Wednesday waiting around, only to find out they didn't even bother to ship the item until the day it was supposed to arrive! I replied stating that their incompetence had wasted my time and that customers should be informed of delays. The reply I got was dismissive and frosty, hidebound by 'T&Cs' with zero regard for the customer. ​Easily the worst service I’ve dealt with in ages. No thanks at all to Gosia.

Great item at a very reasonable price, but very slow delivery. £6.95 for express delivery that took 5 days to arrive. Very poor, not sure I will use again. This was not down to Royal Mail has the label was only printed Friday, which was 5 working days post order.

Good prices but very slow dispatch and difficult to get hold of customer service - email only. Delivery charge was expensive but as a next-day service you can stomach paying it... if the order is packed and packed same or next day. On this occasion I waited a week until querying (via email as phone system doesn't allow you to speak to customer services), recieved an email resopnse after 3 days and order was dispatched - so 11 days from order to delivery. Are the cheap prices worth it? You decide

Great price but offset by high-ish delivery. Not easy to contact by phone. Chosen deliverer DX didn't deliver because we were not in, somewhat outdated requirement. Overall ok.

They falsely advertise that items are in stock ("order in next 2h for two days delivery"), while in reality "There has been a slight delay with our supplier, and we are currently still awaiting the arrival of the goods" after being me chasing order after promised arrival date has passed. Because of drop shipping they are inundated with customers' enquiries hence communication is slow.

item ordered and delivered, unfortuneatly it was broken. Contacted Power Tools and was asked if I wanted money back or a new item , which I choose , came safely this time but still packaged the same way as the initial delivery.
