“Your service for ordering fine. Delivery rubbish. Still waiting for delivery, no card seen. Request for delivery to safe place by garage side door or behind bins. Said they tried & left a card. Probably left somewhere else not at the Requested place. Why ask for a safe place if they don't follow Request. Very upset about item not reaching my friend, as ment as a Birthday present.”

“I did encounter some issues with the despatch and tracking information, i placed the order on the 26th of June and i rang the phone number a few times, and i did not get any person to speak to me, so i sent about four e mails over a period of about four or five days, still nothing, i had recived four e mails to confirm the order but i had no days or times or no courier detalis, so i approached trading standards for advice, and after coming off to trading standards (i had an email to give me a DX courier number reference) the phone i had an email from kirsty, she was apologic and kind, the next day the package arrive on the 7th of July from DX courier at about 1245pm approx, when i unpacked the package it was obvious that the packaging was good and it was packaged with care and love, the product once unwrapped, the items were all very new good condition, and the product quality was very good also, so at the start i had issues, but they did honour and fullfill the order, i would congratulate powertools for good prices for the utems and the condition of the products is very good and cared for, so the out come was good. I do wish you all well at powertools, and i hope that i can buy items with you in the future. This feedback is very honest.”

“A very he3lpful and positive company but using Royal Mail for 'express deliveries' is perhaps dubious as Royal Mail don't seem to understand the concept. A 2nd class stamp would have been quicker than the express service I pade for.”

“I purchased a Sealy Rechargeable Aluminium folding magnetic base pocket Torch. Very good quality and strong magnet. The three independant lights, each having two brightness levels, are very bright giving excellent view of the underside of a vehicle, engine bay, etc. This would have been a 5 star rating had the price been more competative...”

“I am pleased by the prices for high quality goods. Goods were not delivered in the estimate given so that was a bit disappointing but not a disaster luckily. Power Tools Direct need to talk to FedEx 1) about tracking which was messed up. 2) both parcels packaging somewhat crushed, one parcel punctured but goods seem undamaged due to strenght of packaging rather than FedEx handling.”

“I confidently made my order from Powertools Direct, but then a while later I couldn't find any confirmation email. I was unsure if I had deleted it by mistake (as I had ordered lots of things from different places). I then read the reviews of Powertools direct and got very concerned. After my initial panic I realised that most people who were unhappy, were concerned about communication and extended delivery times. I decided to put my faith in Power Tools Direct and leave them to there work without hassling them. They sent out my items as expected, missing the promised 3 day delivery, but my parcel arrived safely after about 9 days. All items were not only in very good condition, but they were of the expected quality I was hoping for based on the information on the website. I would use Powertools Direct again if I needed to. I think they need to put some energy into communication and give people a clearer expectation of delivery times. With those measures in place they would be extremely competitive.”

“I was pleased with your service but I do wonder if your systems have been hacked. The morning I was expecting the delivery I received a text from a courier saying they had been unable to deliver my package. Half way through responding I realised it was a scam. I very rarely purchase over the internet and so do not receive deliveries very often. I hadn't had one of these delivery text scams for over a year so to get one on the morning I was expecting a delivery seemed too much of a coincidence.”
