“Power tools direct were fine but were let down by the courier ( Fedex) they used who neither performed to contract ( next working day) nor were able / willing to give meaningful updates after a non delivery”

“Communication was great, delivery was quick and the machine was packaged securely with no damage or issues. Good company to deal with and price was competitive. Only negative aspect was an offer of 5% discount came through after I had purchased the item and after I emailed them asking for the discount I got no response.”

“Great priced, dispatched the next day and delivered the following day. Great service, only jiggle was one pot of pain the lid cracked (intransit) and we lost a small amount of paint. But given we ordered 20Ltrs 100mls loss isn’t much so didn’t complain as I could clearly see it was packed well and transporting them that distance I would expect some minor issue. I’d happily use them again and would highly recommend them.”

“The packaging was not strong enough, the bag used was completely open at one end when it arrived, fortunately the two wad punches were still in the packet, but they could easily have fallen out of the plastic packet.”

“Power too!s direct was great to deal with but the delivery company was appalling they left my parcel on someone's door Step a 5 minute drive from my house. Luckily the owner of the house came round with the parcel.”

“Great company with very competitive prices but unfortunately let down by their delivery company FedEx. Products did not arrive on specified date, nor did they arrive on a rescheduled date stated by FedEx. However, Gosia at customer services was very attentive and did her utmost to try and resolve the delivery issue with FedEx. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful. Upon requesting a refund, this was actioned immediately and money was transferred back within 2 days.”
