“Power too!s direct was great to deal with but the delivery company was appalling they left my parcel on someone's door Step a 5 minute drive from my house. Luckily the owner of the house came round with the parcel.”

“Great company with very competitive prices but unfortunately let down by their delivery company FedEx. Products did not arrive on specified date, nor did they arrive on a rescheduled date stated by FedEx. However, Gosia at customer services was very attentive and did her utmost to try and resolve the delivery issue with FedEx. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful. Upon requesting a refund, this was actioned immediately and money was transferred back within 2 days.”

“Delivery cost is now becoming an important issue when selecting an online supplier, especially for small items. I studiously avoid Amazon's Prime so, as a result, their delivery costs are normally way too high. However, it came as a nice surprise to find that this Company's delivery costs are quite reasonable. Also they use DHL which I find to be very reliable.”

“Although we had a bad experience with the delivery - the box was burst open in several places and lots of pieces missing - the customer service was excellent and the problem solved in the space of a few hours, resulting in us getting a full refund.”

“6 X Timco PSB50450 Drive-In Post Spike - Bolt Secure. 1 post support was bent and unable to take a bolt, after bending and hammering got the bolt in, this item was missing a bolt but was still sent out. A bit disappointed. other than that good service.”

“I was a bit disappointed, the picture of Loctite rust remedy SF 7503. and you sent me SF 7505 . I did notice on invoice it said SF 7505 after I had received it. Having photo of SF 7503 on your advertising is a bit misleading, you really should have a picture of product you are selling.(Sf 7505) Can you tell me if they still do produce SF 7503. Otherwise I found your service was good.”
